Typhoon Bavi, the 9th typhoon of this year, is approaching with fierce force. It made landfall along Zhejiang’s coast on the night of July 11, putting the entire city of Hangzhou under an emergency anti-typhoon and flood prevention alert. Faced with this severe test, all staff of CAYO stepped forward, building a solid "wind barrier" with unity and responsibility.
7月9日，公司召开防台专项会议，由副总经理牵头成立防台工作小组，各部门经理分头落实，对厂区排水系统、仓库门窗、户外设备等关键区域展开地毯式排查，并提前备足沙袋、钢丝绳、防水布等加固物资，为台风到来做好万全准备。
On July 9, the company held a special meeting on typhoon prevention. Led by the Deputy General Manager, a typhoon response team was set up. Department managers took charge of respective implementation work, conducting thorough inspections of key areas including the plant drainage system, warehouse doors and windows, and outdoor equipment. Meanwhile, sufficient reinforcement supplies such as sandbags, steel wire ropes and waterproof tarpaulins were stocked in advance to make full preparations for the incoming typhoon.
7月11日晚11时许，总经理带队连夜巡查厂区，发现一处隐患后立即组织应急处理组——组长黄先润，副组长曹志力、刘孝宗、蔡和平、张抗战、冉军山——第一时间赶赴现场进行加固处置。风雨中，应急团队争分夺秒、协同作战，及时消除了安全隐患，确保了厂区人员和财产安全。
At around 11 p.m. on July 11, the General Manager led an overnight inspection tour of the factory premises. Once a potential hazard was spotted, an emergency response team was immediately dispatched. Headed by Huang Xianrun, with Cao Zhili, Liu Xiaozong, Cai Heping, Zhang Kangzhan and Ran Junshan serving as deputy leaders, the team rushed to the site without delay to carry out reinforcement work. Braving strong winds and heavy rain, the emergency crew raced against time and collaborated closely to eliminate the hidden safety risk in a timely manner, safeguarding the personnel and property within the factory.
